1. License granted
You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to view, save, and display the Artwork for your own private, non-commercial use. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.
2. No redistribution
You may not redistribute, re-host, repost on other sites or services, share via file-transfer or messaging platforms, or otherwise make the Artwork available to others. A link back to this site is welcome; the file itself is not yours to share.
3. No commercial use
You may not use the Artwork — in whole or in part, modified or unmodified — for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to merchandise, paid editorial, advertising, paid streams, or any product or service offered for sale.
4. No use as input to AI systems
You may not use the Artwork — in whole or in part, modified or unmodified — as input, prompt material, training data, fine-tuning data, evaluation data, dataset entries, or any other form of content fed to large language models, image-generation models, video-generation models, or any other machine-learning system. This prohibition applies whether the system is your own, a third-party service, an open-source model, or a research project. It applies to the original files and to any derivatives.
5. All other rights reserved
Any use not explicitly granted above is reserved by the author. This includes, without limitation, the right to publish, license, reproduce, prepare derivative works from, and exploit the Artwork commercially.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any term, at which point you must stop using the Artwork and delete any copies in your possession.
7. No warranty
The Artwork is provided "as is."
